As an evergreen tree, the Yew symbolizes everlasting life and rebirth. In many traditions, the Yew tree is considered a symbol of immortality. The Yew tree can also be considered a tree of life, as it can live for an extremely long time. The oldest yew tree is estimated to be over 5,000 years old!
